Seasons Greetings to all Friends of GNI:

It's hard to believe we are nine days away from Christmas, ten days from Boxing Day; with the New Year just around the corner. While it's nice to reflect on all of our accomplishments (and challenges), there will be plenty of time for this before we close the books on 2009.

The purpose of this Newsletter Update is business; all non-sense to be put aside for the moment.

1. Delayed Posting of Deposits. As evidenced by the voluminous amounts of Email and Support Requests received, most customers realize roughly 85% of all Payment Processor (PP) to E-Wallet deposits, have not posted. Between the 14th of December until earlier yesterday (December 16th), there have been some intermittent technical issues impacting the downstream users, warranting our recommendation that users loose the extra layer of encryption (https) down to (http) for a few hours at any one time. In so doing, we lost our API feature which would post your deposits to your wallets etc. Therefore, all of these deposits must be posted manually, the process of which is currently underway.

We truly apologize for the inconvenience and couple days of lost revenue...we're working on these as a priority.

2. Support Functions. Many of you, rightly so, are not sure who is responsible for what tasks associated with Customer Support. It is our desire to have all support cross-trained such that staff can take a day off from time to time without any significant reduction in service to the customer base. While this may be true in a perfect world, the realities are such that we need to have a manageable direction so ensure a smooth flow of communication and information exchange.

In addition, we are making some adjustments in staffing responsibilities to better serve the project as well as the needs of all persons, principals and clients alike. Therefore, effective immediately, Lim and Rumiko will be on the front lines handling Support Requests. Debbie will be handling all Email and PP Change Requests. In addition, (and at the time of this writing, she does not know this yet), she will be responsible for missing payments, account adjustments and other associated matters affecting your account. Given the complexities associated with this additional responsibilities, please refrain from contacting her in this regard as this is a transitory process and her responsibilities at the "Change" desk are critical and cannot be mitigated. Todd will oversee the team and, in Robert's absence, answer on his behalf those issues he can, is able and most importantly, is authorized to.

3. Reporting an Issue. There is a right way and wrong way to report a problem. The way to report an issue, whether it's account specific, or Program specific, needs to be thought through carefully BEFORE the problem is reported. Some things to consider are:

a. The severity of the problem (a missing or late interest payment not withstanding)
b. Should this problem be misunderstood, or if it is correctly understood, does the reporting have the potential to cause panic, necessarily or unnecessarily (and this is not a request to stymie the flow of information...
c. Does the reporting of the situation have the potential to violate our Privacy Rules or the Terms & Conditions you agreed to abide by when signing up for GNI?

These are by no means the exhaustive list you need to consider. BEFORE contacting support, it is always a good idea to got to our forum http://www.gniforum.com (be sure you have already signed up) to see if there is anything about your issue that is consistent with current subjects of discussion.

Always use common sense and discretion keeping in mind, anything said on the internet becomes a permanent entry. If there is nothing on the forum that relates to your issue, proceed to your back office and complete a Support Request.

Support's focus will be on the Support Desk, NOT the emails. Please keep this in mind.

4. Email Notifications of Interest Payments. Within 24 hours of the publishing of this Update, the script will begin generating, then forwarding, an email each time GNI generates an Interest Payment. What this means is the following: If you have 50 Rollover Plans in effect at three dollars a piece, you will be receiving 50 emails each day when the script makes the payment to you. If you are overwhelmed, it is strongly suggested you begin to consolidate those plans into a Weekly Fixed or a Rollover Deposit of higher value.

This is being done on a trial basis, the determinant being the impact on the server and its capacity to produce the voluminous amounts of emails. The benefits of this should be obvious, (enhanced security, payment verification, tracking purposes and so forth). We hope you will appreciate this tool in managing your GNI account.

Greetings to all of our Friends at GNI:

It's been an "exciting" week for all of us at GNI; with issues, trials and tribulations affecting the entire spectrum of the users from admin to customer. No doubt it would have been nice to avoid some of the theatrics, however, they happened so now we pick up the pieces and move forward.

1. The New Script - We hope you have enjoyed the new script which was recently installed. For those of you who either have been sleeping or have not had access to the latest happenings at GNI, we recently upgraded the GNI scripting software to Shadowscripts (SS) in pursuit of better security, improved "user-friendliness," enhanced capabilities and dedicated support.

While we have had some "hiccups," by and large we are very pleased with the migration process and the overall decision to go with SS. Should anyone have any ideas or viable improvements, feel free to submit your suggested changes to admin@shadowscripts.com and CC GNIcsr@gmail.com. We'll take all proposed enhancements under consideration.

2. E-Currency / Payment Processor Issues / Update - Since the latter part of the week ending November 14th, we identified a disparity in our distribution of and holdings of our e-currency.

Specifically, we had a disparity - having a bit more Strictpay and a bit less STPay. The introduction of the new, in-house exchanger was eliminated as the cause of this disparity.

Regardless, we were compelled to work towards creating a workable and stable E-currency / PP Management process and took the necessary steps to do so.

First up was the decision to modify the exchanger allowing those persons who made E-Wallet purchases with STPay the opportunity to swap these deposits with other PP funds we use, at no cost.

Although it was never our intention to compel members to subscribe to a PP they did not want otherwise use, we became anxious recognizing we may not be able to meet our standard 24-48 hour turnaround time for STP withdrawals.

One final apology to those of you who felt obligated, as a result of our initial News Page to swap your deposits, e-wallet and cash balances from STP to another PP.

In our attempt to rectify this situation, we have devised a seemingly simple procedure outlined below, which will allow you to switch these deposits back to STPay at no cost. In the meantime, we have lifted all STP restrictions as we find our decision has indeed had the desirable affect.

3. Reversing Your swapped STP Deposits back to STP - The following procedure will allow us to swap your newly converted funds back to STPay:

3.1. Obtain the Deposit ID # the system assigned to your transaction. This can be located in your "my deposits" in your GNI Back Office.

(Note: We do not want or need, nor can we use the "Transaction ID." This is a different identifier and is not what we are looking for.)

3.2. Accurately transfer the Deposit ID # into an email. In this email please put the following information:

a. Your GNI UserID name.
b. Your GNI UserID number
c. The Deposit ID #
d. The amount of the deposit; and,
e. The currency / pp you changed this deposit to

3.3. Send the email to the following email address:

GNIdeposits@gmail.com

Within 48 hours (likely much sooner), assuming you have followed these instructions properly, your deposit will be swapped back to STPay. There will, of course, be no fee for this transaction.

4. New Account / Email Changes - When requesting to add a new PP, change a current PP account number / identifier or you wish to change your GNI registered Email address, there are specific procedures that have been established. Please contact support through your back office Support Ticket Menu. Debbie is coordinating these changes with the entire process taking between 2-3 calendar days to complete.

5. Update in RE: Bank / Wire Transfer - Yesilada Bank - We have confirmed the cause of member / GNI owned funds which have been frozen at Yesilada Bank in Northern Cyprus. As we understand it, an unknown perpetrator successfully scammed a group of German, Austrian and Swiss Nationals out of their funds. The total amount stolen was quite significant and the perpetrator has not, at this time, been caught. As a result, German officials at AKBank in Frankfurt have successfully frozen all assets currently held by Yesilada until the investigation has concluded.

How long this will take and when will funds be "unfrozen" is not currently known. We have confirmed, however, that Yesilada Bank IS NOT currently in receivership and we all hope it stays this way.

There is NOTHING we can do to assist those of you whose funds are frozen, nor for ourselves whose situation mirrors that of yours.

6. Charitable Giving for the Holidays - We are narrowing our search to select a charitable cause that our loyal and generous GNI membership can throw its weight behind. We'll provide further details in the upcoming week(s).

We wish to thank our loyal friends and members of GNI for the continued trust in what we do and are doing. We strive to avail ourselves as much as reasonably possible. Please remember to use the Ticket System in your back office when request assistance from the GNI Support Team.

Finally, remember to pay your civil obligations if the are owed (taxes) and that there are ALWAYS people in this world who are both less fortunate and desperately need your financial assistance. Seek them out and give generously.

Pursuant to our expectations, many of our concerns running the old script have been, thankfully, resolved. Not to be out done, however, many new questions are being asked, change requests are being initiated (and resolved) and issues having risen; mostly, a result of the script change.

As one would expect, the tech guys like Robert pick it up real fast, the non-tech guys, like Todd, tend to "struggle" at times but are making great strides (!!) to become fluent in "Shadowspeak".

Because the new script's capabilities offer so much more than the old, it has invariably created unforeseen challenges that we must address in a way that allows us to continue to offer the services, but not interrupt our primary responsibility, pay our members timely without compromising the integrity of their account using acceptable business practices. Parts of this newsletter will be added to our "Users Guide" so be sure to utilize it as you see fit.

1. Missing Deposits - There were a number of deposits made, over this past weekend that had not posted to various client accounts. These deposits (predominantly LR and PM) failed to post resulting from some optimization issues affecting the SCI Payment Processor Interfaces and our SSL implementation/settings. This has since been corrected with the script now performing as promised.

2. Profile Updates - Many of you, for one reason or another wish or need to change your email (Gmail), add or change payment processor/e-currency(s) and/ or the applicable accounts. Before any funds can be released to a new PP account or if a client has, since their initial registration, obtained a new account number or ID that is not currently registered with GNI, please be prepared to forward a scanned copy of a current, Government issued form of identification such as a Passport or Drivers License and one other, secondary piece such as a utility bill, library card or other, verifiable source of identification. It is also mandatory that your GNI Username AND newly assigned account number be included on all transactions and correspondence so it doesn't become lost.

This information needs to be forwarded to GNIChanges@gmail.com. Debbie is the designated CSR who will be coordinating the updates of your account profiles.

It is strongly suggested all clients update their demographics in their profiles if this has not already been done so. We will have a very difficult time authorizing the update of an account if all we have to compare your id with is a first name in your GNI Profile. Please, make this easy on Debbie, allowing for an expeditious verification process ensuring timely withdrawals of your funds.

3. Support Requests - All client support requests MUST be initiated from the client's Back Office Help Desk Menu. It is no longer acceptable for clients/customers to initiate requests directly to support's emails unless directed by the CSR to do so. Likewise, please do not submit support requests directly to Robert. He has assured the support team that he will request of the member to use the correct channels to get their support request addressed. By going to Robert first, you have done nothing more than add 24 to 36 hours to get your support request resolved. Please have any anticipated documents scanned and ready to be forwarded so that your request can be expedited. All extraneous documents must have your GNI account number on each piece and it must be scanned in by email.

4. Currency Exchange - We hope those of you who have taken advantage of our currency exchanger have found it easy to use and quite reasonable in price. It is currently set at 4% for all exchanges. This price can and will fluctuate due to current market conditions. Some have indicated the price is high, others the price is very reasonable. Please keep in mind when evaluating our rates, this has been set up for you, our trusted member's convenience. More often than not, it costs us more than 4% should we have to purchase E-Currency on the open market. We have found the currency exchanger less of a "Profit Center" and more of a "Cost Reducer."

5. Wire Transfers - In our attempt to mitigate the inconvenience to our clients caused by Yesliada's failure to comply with GNI's Customer Service Standards and subsequent termination of our partnership agreement, we have eliminated all fees for Bank Wire clients when taking a distribution from a payment processor of the client's choice. Only the interest and principal from a WIRE TRANSFER qualify for this free service.

Extended Greetings to Our Most Trusted Clients, Members and Friends of GNI:

On the 21st of July, during the recovery of the most concentrated attack by fraudsters on GNI since its inception over three years ago, the decision was made to implement a script that was both User Friendly and provided an unprecedented level of security for both the program and the clients which it served.

Initially, the decision was made to develop a completely new, custom package which promised to be state of the art, however, it would be heretofore untested. That, along with some other issues compelled us to seek out a reliable, cost effective solution that met our criteria. Thus ensued a business relationship between Goldnuggetinvest.com (GNI) and ShadowScripts.com (SS).

As we speak, there are two issues that we, as the heart and soul of GNI need to address:

1. Clearing the final audit of, proper loading of and ease of use of; the new script; and,

2. Commencing the payment of earnings that the "old" script failed to pick up beginning on November 02, 2009.

The old script has run its course. It makes no sense to expend ANY resources unnecessarily on the old script if the new has the capability to backdate those missing earnings. At this point, we are confident it can.

We are, therefore, concentrating all the necessary resources on the complete and successful implementation of the new script. Once we are satisfied we are seemingly without problems, we will address the issue of missing earnings. Indeed, it makes no sense to prioritize these issues differently.

Having spoken with the development team at SS, I have been advised the following steps (with respect to steps one and two, they have already been accomplished or are in the process of...) will be taken to complete this task:

1.) The current database will be converted, it may take up to 24 hours alone just to convert alone. This is just a program that sits there and runs, doesn't require any actual work on GNI's end, just CPU processing.

2.) Once the database has been transferred, and is completed, we will turn off the web site. We estimate this to be between 1200 and 1400 GMT (6am and 10 am EST), the developers will get a fresh DataBase dump.

3.) Developers will then setup the SS software on the GNI server and import the last remaining transactions from the last data dump.

4.) Once the last transactions have been converted, developers will upload the entire database to the freshly installed SS software on the GNI server.

5.) At this point, Robert and I will log in and take a look around, if we like what we see, then we open the site back up to the you, the clients and customers.

6.) When you make your first login attempt, you will be prompted to create a secondary password, (which you all will) then will be taken to your accounts!

Let me anticipate some questions:

How long will this take?

- I'm not going to kid anyone here - there is a hell of a lot of data to transfer. Step 2 alone has the potential to take up to 12 hours.

To complete the entire process, an educated guess would put an estimate between 24 and 36 hours - perhaps maybe more, maybe less of system down-time. Much depends on the compatibility of the SQL - and that can't be determined until the process is initiated.

While this is going on, we will remain available to answer VALID questions that are NOT addressed at the two forums (Private and ASA). Please DO NOT ask questions such as "how much longer" or "where are my earnings?" until such time that we have had an opportunity to review the transfer.

All CSRs (Customer Support Representatives) have been instructed to respond to all questions that they are able. Those answers that can be found in the Private Forum, a response that says: "Private Forum" will be given. Those that they can find an answer to, they will find, those questions that are requesting an answer to an issue of time duration, will not be answered, as they do not know.

All questions that include things like how much longer etc - will be, upon availability of information, posted in the forum(s).

Some things to Remember:

Until this re-hosting is concluded, we can't anticipate how it will turn out. Needless to say, we have taken the time and effort on the front-end with the hopes that it will reduce the amount of effort after the transfer is made.

There is always a remote possibility that the transfer will bomb; forcing us to revert back to the old script, spend the resources and continue until we are ready to try again. This is a "worst case scenario," but it's better we are up front and honest with our clients.

We anticipate some of the less than chivalrous forums will ramp up their verbal attacks during this time-frame. That's OK. Don't get into a personal battle with any of them, it's not worth your time. We know what we're doing and will be able to hold our heads high once this major step is concluded.

Whatever the outcome, you can be sure we'll be there, paying our clients regardless of the script. Your loyalty will be rewarded and we thank you for your business.

While it has been several weeks since we have last corresponded (via our Newsletter), do not think for a moment we have been idle in our plans / planning and activities as we look towards 2010. As these plans become finalized, they will be announced; not however, before!

1. Malicious Email

There has been a recent development that requires EVERY member's immediate attention, without which could have dire consequences to those who fail to heed these words.

There has been (an) Email(s) sent to an unknown number of our clients, with the distinct likelihood more will be sent in the immediate future. This email, fraudulently endorsed by Robert (Spearman), entices the target member to open a link contained within this email, should they wish to view electronically, information previously deemed "protected" by strict Non-Disclosure nomenclature contained within Bi-Laws and Terms of Service.

This(ese) email(s) are neither written, authorized, approved or substantiated by Robert or any other Principal, Associate or Employee of GNI or its affiliates.

It is further believed, should this link be engaged (opened), the probability of compromising the integrity of the target computer is high for malware, spyware or Trojan Horse type viruses.

DO NOT OPEN THIS EMAIL !!!!

If you have opened this email and / or link inside, you MUST take immediate action to mitigate or repair whatever damage has ensured as a result of your actions. What action you take will depend on your own personal level of technical expertise.

Please DO NOT consult GNI Support for direction or advice pertaining to this matter. They DO NOT have the requisite experience or expertise to recommend the appropriate "Fix" to the problem.

2. New Script

I know many of you are anxious to become acquainted with the new script previously scheduled for Community-Wide Release on October 17th, 2009.

Nobody is more anxious to get the new script up and running than myself and those support people who are working hard to provide a quality program to the community at-large.

Nevertheless, we made it clear from the start, we would not release a product until such time that we are confident it is free of errors, system glitches or other potentially show-stopping issues.

One of those show-stopping errors was recently identified and a fix/work-around is, as this is being written, being orchestrated, tested and prepared for in inclusion into the source code of the new script.

Assuming there are no developmental issues that manifest, it is our intention to bring the new script live during the first weekend of November 6/7. If it is not possible, than the following weekend (November 13/14) will be the new implementation date.

We'll keep all advised as is appropriate.

3. Bank Wire Withdrawal

Needless to say, our current banking issues have become increasingly more unacceptable for clients and staff alike. Despite these meetings and discussions, the impact it has in promulgating change has been negligible, at best.

The only viable solution we think will correct this matter will require us to severe our business relationship with Yesilada Bank.and take the necessary steps to find a sustainable replacement bank for our client community. We are in contact with two banks, both of whom have appeared to find our business model acceptable; would be willing to open corporate accounts for us.

It is anticipated that the selection/approval process will conclude within 30 days at which time we will be able to process withdrawals in the 2-3 day time-frame we originally expected.

We are aware of some pending withdrawals, not yet processed, but have been debited to our account. Yesilada has agreed to inform their correspondence bank(s) and credit our account.

This may take between 2 and 5 banking days, according to Yesilada. We expect to have the first canceled transactions back in our bank account at the beginning of the coming week (Tuesday latest - again according to Yesilada) and will credit members accounts as soon as the funds hit our bank account. This is the only viable way to reconcile these accounts. As soon as we credit your account with the refund, you may immediately request a withdrawal to your payment processor of choice, until such time the new bank has assumed its rightful position.

We apologize for this situation having found ourselves at the mercy of others whose commitment to Customer Service does not agree with ours. We have now taken proactive steps to correct the situation but ask our loyal clients to be patient until we work out all transactions accordingly.

4. Direct Transfer from Payment Processors

Of late we have found an inordinate amount of payment processor transfers which are being originated direct from the PP site, instead of your GNI back office.

Because of the additional work necessary to properly post these transactions, the fact that our request that all transactions be initiated in clients back office to be completely reasonable, we have decided that any deposits made in this fashion will be returned to client unfulfilled.

Consider yourself having been put on notice those of you who refuse to comply with Support's request to make this seemingly reasonable adjustment.

5. Daily Rollover Plan

The decision has been made to enforce a decision which was made in May, 2009. To be eligible to participate in the GNI Plan, a client MUST have, on account, a qualified deposit of $50.00 in the Weekly Plan. We modified this back in May to accommodate those members in the Daily Variable Plan who wanted to stay with GNI, the opportunity to save their earnings so they could enter into the Weekly Fixed Program. It has now been six months since relaxing our minimum deposit requirements. The time has now come to reinstate our program requirements as outlined above. You will have 30 days from the time the new script is implemented to enter into the weekly fixed plan or withdraw your funds; after which your account will be frozen and the refunding of which will be taken on a case-by-case basis.

6. Change of Sponsor

As is clearly stated on our sign up page, change of your GNI sponsor is not permitted. If you forget to name your sponsor - that is unfortunate. There must be a compelling, verifiable reason given to Todd or myself. Opening a new GNI account to circumvent this rule is NOT PERMITTED!

7. Charitable Holiday Project

We mentioned back in September that GNI would be looking to team with its membership in support of a very worthwhile charitable organization. We are working to finalize this decision but will only endorse a program which is transparent, has low overhead expenses (ensuring a high percentage of funds actually supports the charitable aspect, NOT the administrative) and whose purpose is devoid of political overtones.

We hope that all of you, like us, will get excited when this is announced.

Once again we thank all of you for trusting us with your very hard earned investment dollars. We have, of our membership, an increased level of expectation that we work as a team. It is our clients expectation that we provide the promised 6 % a week, in return, it is our expectation that clients understand that it is a privilege to be part of a program such as this. If there is a mistake or funds to a client's account has been posted improperly, we ask that you work with us. If we owe back interest, we'll pay it - if we don't, we won't. In all situations, however, we strive to be the best we can, when we can and thank all of you for your support.

With approximately one week left before we celebrate our third year of on-line presence and one year of opening our doors to the public, today we are announcing what will amount to a series of enhancements and improvements with the objective of:

1. streamlining our operations;
2. reducing if not eliminating confusion and relentless badgering of the program, its friends and administrators;
3. enhanced fact-finding and answers to questions with the assurance said answer is both accurate and on-point;
4. a means of open, honest dialogue between GNI staff and it's members in an environment that is safe for all who will participate.

To achieve these ambitious goals and objectives, we have taken the necessary steps to open the Private GNI Members (ONLY), User's Forum.

I also like to take the opportunity to introduce Ingenue to you! Many of you know him already from ASA and other forums. Ingenue is one of our strongest supporters and the latest addition to our team, and as all other team members a long time investor with GNI and now administrator of our very own GNI forum.

This has been an ambitious undertaking given the challenges we have faced over the past year, but a necessary one indeed. The decision to open a private forum was broad, fairly obvious, and will provide a value-added service to our trusted clients and GNI staff alike.

We don't, at the present time, see a reason to abandon the ASA Monitor/Forum, however, GNI administration cannot be held responsible for any information that is incorrect, misleading or unclear on ANY forum other than the new GNI Private Forum. Because the ASA Forum was NOT owned, administered or moderated by GNI staff, GNI does not have any authority to engage in any activities in support or opposition to the ASA or any other forum that currently is hosted on the World Wide Web, other than its own.

RULES:

1. For this forum to operate in a "transparent" fashion, participation is limited to verified members of GNI with active accounts; and,

2. All participants in the GNI Private Forum MUST register their user name with their GNI Username. The "displayed" name can be anything you wish, so long as it is not offensive to other members; and,

3. All participants are expected to respect others opinions whether or not they are based in fact.

4. Heated discussions are not discouraged, so long as PERSONAL attacks do not ensue or manifest in any fashion.

5. This will be a moderated forum. Moderators are encouraged to allow the conversation (posts) to develop without interference unless clarification is needed or requested.

6. As is true in any forum, some moderators take a more active/participatory role than others. Those who have the title of moderator do so for a reason that the client base doesn't have to agree with.

7. The Private Forum IS NOT a democracy. If an idea surfaces and is something that can reasonably be considered or implemented for the benefit of all, you can be sure GNI admin will do just that, take it under consideration.

8. Any forum participant who is either suspended, banned or removed from the Forum will, unless VERY extenuating circumstances prevail, be asked to leave GNI and no longer be permitted to invest with the program.

9. Please be mindful of sensitive issues that concern the program's operations. Legal questions need to be taken up with your own attorney.

10. Generally speaking, the forum is a place to discuss program related issues. It IS NOT a place to take up your personal issue as the vails of confidentiality no longer apply if this is where the client insists on discussing their matter. To Clarify, NO GNI staff member will seek to address your client specific issue in a public sourrounding. If the client insists, this is were it will be discussed, but is never preferable.

11. Finally, let's keep the tone light, fun, serious if and when it needs to be, informative and honest. Remember, it is as much a privilege to be a participant in this program as it is a privilege for us to be able to assist you with your Customer Service Needs. If we can all remember this, this forum will be as awesome as the GNI Program.

NEW SCRIPT:

We would all like to acknowledge the incredible investment of time and energy the ten individuals whom Todd asked to assist with the UAT (Users Acceptance Testing). This time consuming, labor intensive process is an integral part of the development process and will ensure the script functions as it was intended, the security features are vigilant and able to withstand the barrage of anticipated attacks that will be made against it, GNI and you, our trusted clients and that the software is user friendly such that all persons are able to successfully navigate through the web site.

We are still targeting to get this implemented by our "birthday" of October 3rd. Time is not being very friendly right now.

FINALLY:

GNI, from a financial standpoint is solid and will be positioned, come the first quarter of 2010, to go private. We are not able nor willing to discuss ANY aspects of this endeavor and this time. Suffice to say, it will necessarily involved some rather exciting changes.

1. Summer is over!
Since this was the first summer for WBwso we had some worries how things would work when key staff take a vacation! It turned out that everything worked fine and the staff in place did a good job and keep everything running with out to many glitches. Support response time increased due to less staff, but still 99.2% of all support requests where dealt with in less then 24 hours. Not bad for a holiday period!
A new system that we where testing out over the summer also created some rather interesting issues as it became slight to generous at times and double booked outgoings. This was of course corrected by our verification system but it did leave some strange results at times. We still see some smaller errors, but it is nothing to worry about and so far our verification system has not failed on a single transaction. All up to date and working.

2. Current packages results
Summer, read July and August, are times that are known for lower income from websites (people don’t always carry a lap-top to the beach) and lower prices on sales of websites so we did what every average webmaster would do, calculated it in the budget and built up a small reserve from earlier profits so we could keep our purchasing plans and perhaps make some extra deals when the prices for websites is lower. To our great surprise expansion of the websites has been so rapid that only one single package came out under budget during these 2 months! All the other packages brought in income higher then estimated. That’s what we call carful planning!

3. New Packages
Recently we launched a new FlipSite and FastSaleSites packages. Both of them are directly connected to a WealthBuilder package, WB11. This means that under “current packages” you will only see FlipsitesWB11 if you first join WealthBuilder11 and you will only see FastSaleSitesWB11 once you have joined FlipSitesWB11.
Members who has already joined them can now see that we have changed the name of the packages from “FS4 and FSS$”.
The reason we did it this way is only because we want to be abler to split the packages further and add a more variable rate to them, maximizing the return for the members.

4. In the pipe-line
The much awaited information on FlipSites3 has been delayed and delayed over and over again. This has all been due to our need to isolate them from links in other packages and our linking system. A task proven to be ever so hard. It is not often you find a webmaster who works to get pages OUT of Google, you normally work to get as many as possible IN, so this that seemed like a very simple task proved to be an endless task.
When working on this one bright co-worker came up with the simple idea “hey, why don’t we just publish the RSS feeds we are looking at any way for tracking events on the sites, all the sites?”. After some experimenting with some simple scripts we found that this actually gave some pretty pleasing results.
So what is this then? It is simple. Each task made on a website – add articles, add links, redesigns, add variations, add split testing, key word analyse and much, much more comes up on a screen that some staff can see so we know what is being done to each site and by who. If we just mask some info we could actually publish this. We are now working on a simple solution to give this access to all members.
Don’t worry, we will still keep our promise and publish full info on FS2 to the owner of that package since it is a little demo.

Q: How can I see what packages are open right now for investment without investing in every WealthBuilder package?
A: Log in to your WBwso account and click on “My packages”. You will now see all packages you have invested in AND all packages that are currently open for investments.

Q: What is the minimum amount I can withdraw?
A: No minimum from us, but please note that Alertpay will not process payments less then $1.00.

Greetings to our loyal GNI members:

In our rekindled effort to keep our members current with news and developments as it pertains to our "Project", we give to you, once again, our newsletter which we hope and expect all of our customers to review and enjoy.

1. As the entire GNI community should be fully aware, we are an ongoing target of those who purposefully try to do us and you, much harm. We are not alone, one of our partner payment processors has, likewise been subjected to intermittent but ever-increasing, disruptive attacks raising concerns with all interested parties.

After much consideration of many options, we have taken the proactive steps by terminating our current server/security provider, Black Lotus, and have replaced them and the services they provide with BlockDos.

The impact this transition will have on our abilities to continue providing our stellar service should be negligible; nevertheless, it's possible you had trouble logging into Goldnuggetinvest.com or you may, at some point on August 27th, experience delays logging on, it is the result of the installation and propagation matters inherently involved with this task.

Due to DNS propagation our site might not be accessible everywhere via our url http://goldnuggetinvest.com. If you have any access issues you may login to our site via IP at http://72.20.16.179/index.php.

We have also temporarily disabled the turing numbers on the login page, since it seems that not all members can see it. This shouldn't be of any concern! Brute force logins are not possible due to the fact that our script is sending the IP challenge code after each login attempt.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

2. Our new scripting software is in the final stages of testing and will, if all systems remain reasonably stable, be ready for implementation in 8 - 15 working days. We are not rushing this as we want to ensure the software works as it is designed to, is user- friendly and reduces the level of frustration which we all experience when things don't happen like they are supposed to.

Over the last few weeks, GNI has been under a barrage of coordinated attacks, hence the spike in PIN codes that failed, were sent to members not ordinarily needing to have PIN codes and so forth. It is anticipated the new script will eliminate a significant portion of the current problems we experience. Only time, however will tell.

Once the script is tested and ready to be uploaded, it will necessitate bringing down the entire website along with the supporting HTML pages. We're not sure of the exact amount of down-time, we thinking it will take somewhere between 14-24 hours...hopefully it will be less, plan on it being more. We will give advanced notice.

Although the graphics are similar, the software is significantly different. If we see members are having trouble with any aspect, we may do some on-line training so people don't get frsutrated. More on that later.

3. Admittedly, SolidTrustPay, has been the ongoing target of pranksters, hackers, DDoSers and the like. These attacks have had a significant collateral affect on all their customers.

We (GNI Admin) have been asked many, many times what our gameplan will be in the event any PP fails or becomes insolvent; or if the member can change their e-currency.

The short answer is yes, we have reserves set aside in the event any ecurrency implosion.

We are of the opinion STP will be here for the long hault and we will, accordingly support them as a loyal business partner should.

Malicious Attack Mitigated

SolidTrust has identified a malicious attack against its clients and business. As has been publicly stated, we came under an extensive DDoS attack which resulted in significant downtime for all members. While in the process of mitigating this attack, our servers came under brute force attack and information from our database was stolen. These are criminal acts. The perpetrator subsequently created a URL wherein he posted the stolen information. SolidTrust, within 24 hours, was successful in reporting the crime to the ISP and webhosting provider of that URL, and the offending link and illegal content has been taken down.

Events such as the above constitute online “break and enter”. Some will accuse SolidTrust of negligence and we will be sharply criticized. If a thief breaks into your well guarded house and steals from you, it does not make you an irresponsible home owner. We are not downplaying these events – but there has been no loss of information, no loss of funds, no access to passwords, none of the information in the database has been changed in any way.

This attack has been contracted and paid for by an individual or group. A war of this magnitude and depth is not cheap, and no one does it just for fun. Somebody somewhere wants SolidTrust Pay gone – but that is not going to happen.

I’d like to express my apologies first for all the inconvenience you have faced with GNI during the last couple of days!

Since the intruder was still able to post his ‘advertisement’ html on our site - even after we have changed all the passwords, we decided to reinstall our server from scratch. Everything has been done to ensure that you will have a pleasant experience with GNI in the future as you had in the past.

This was not the first attack of YOUR project GNI, which is fully dedicated to YOU, our trusted members - and it might not be the last attack we might face. But it was the worst one so far!

I have received many emails from concerned members and although I am repeating myself, I would like to address your concerns once again:

1. Our script is a front-end only! That means we use our script to communicate with our members. You deposit thru our script, you withdraw thru the script and you can follow your investments with GNI growing, but - and that is the important issue I do like to point out: That’s it! Just numbers on a screen. No real money, just ‘pixels’ on your screen. Your money is with our trusted payment processors, your money is with STP, with SP, with LR and PM or in our bank account - after you made a deposit into our project. A day or two later your funds are in transit between the various payment options and finally it is were it should be: in the accounts of the 70+ bookmakers we are currently working with, enabling us to place surebets with your funds. So there is no money in the script, if the intrude us or not, they wont gain a cent.

2. We have received the following email from the extortioners yesterday (just the usual nonsense, but I would like you to know):

hi Robert, please send to our LR U8896390 only the $35000 and we forward hack attack to the xxxxxxxxxx.com (they mentioned another investment program, I just removed the name). And you continue your work without any problems and your competitors will be is down. We serious people. If you have interest - you have 2 hours for transfer.

and a second one:

Robert you not stupid men lol only 35k and your website will be works great.

Of course I am not stupid, thats why I don’t give them a dime! A the end of the day we will know who are the SERIOUS people, despite the fact that these serious people should take English lessons first, before contacting us or any of our members at all :)

There are however some lessons we have learned over the last couple of days - as always in life you need to take some good news out of the bad, and so should it be. These intruders have shown us some vulnerabilities of the script and that is the positive aspect of this turmoil.

We are stronger then ever!

There was also a phishing emails sent out in the early morning hours of today. Some LibertyReserve Recovery Fund or whatsoever. Please note, that we never send out any emails with exe files to download and if you do so you might loose your LibertyReserve account balance. Unfortunately LibertyReserve, is not complying with internationally recognized ‘KYC -Know Your Customer’ regulations and transactions are irreversible. So if you click on any of such links you might loose your money! We have informed you in the past about such, so called phishing attempts, and any internet user should by now be aware of it. If you want to withdraw money from GNI you need to log in to you back office and request a withdrawal - and we will process it. Never click on any link telling you will get you money back, in fact they will steal money from you. Money you will never recover, due to Liberty’s Reserve policy, which I do not want to comment further.

To conclude this newsletter please allow me to state: GNI is for REAL! GNI will be there once all our competitors are GONE (and of course with the money members invested with them…). We are not going anywhere and our only aim is to offer you and your family a decent second income opportunity. That was our intention from day ONE and that will be our intention in the years to come!

You may have received a malicious spam email in the last couple of hours, claiming to be from a team acting against spreading of various Ponzi schemes. They state that they used the vulnerability of mysql and broke into our database.

They are also reporting that they haven't found any trading activity with our script - what is by the way true, since the script is nothing more than a front end for our members and us as well, to manage and calculate your funds . Furthermore they are warning that our website will be closed in the near future, if not by us, by the senders group. And of course the obvious bla bla that you should withdraw you funds with us - and surprise surprise, they added three email addresses you may contact to receive information where to invest you money safely :)

This is the really important fact of this SPAM email - thats what it is!

It tells us that the only intention of the sender is to disturb our operation and to grab you intention to another investment program, which is for sure a PONZI scheme, since no serious entity is using the means of SPAM to get your intention.

GNI is operating for almost three years, is as you know a legally registered corporation and has proven over the time again and again that we are a serious and reliable second income opportunity.

There is absolutely no need to panic and nothing and NOBODY will shut us down, not as long as I am in charge of this operation. Since we went public last year we have been attacked, threatened and blackmailed on a weekly base. The last email we've received last Friday and the blackmailer tried to extort $20,000 from us. Most probably the email you have received is a result of this extortioner.

This is the downside of such an operation! Our only aim is and was to generate a second income for you, our trusted members and thus offering us an business opportunity to support our families as well. As you all know, we are working hard to achieve this goal and have always sorted out any obstacles along the way. And so we will do again - today as well as tomorrow!

We are currently investigating how this SPAMMER got access to our database and assure you that we will take all necessary steps to protect our members privacy and integrity, what unfortunately is not a simple task, in times where even government databases get compromised. We can however confirm that the database has not been altered.

I don't want to hide the fact that quite some of our esteemed members panicked and requested a withdrawal of their principal, as a result of this SPAM email, what is understandable, since you don't know what is going on. We have decided to sent all withdrawal requests back to our members account balances, giving you the opportunity to reconsider if you like to stay with us - or not, now where I got the chance to address this issue. If you still decide to withdraw your principle, please request it again and note that it might take up to 7 days to process principal withdrawal requests, depending on the availability of funds in our payment processor accounts. This is according to our TOS. We will process withdrawals again in the evening hours today (GMT timezone).

Finally let me express my warmest gratefulness to those member who expressed their support of GNI and are believing in our project. I have received many encouraging emails from trusted members. THANK YOU ALL!
