GNI Charitable Initiative

Greetings to the Friends of GNI:

Not often do we solicit resources from anyone, least of all our trusted friends and/or clients. This forthcoming Holiday Season not withstanding.

During the month of December, we are asking our client base to step forward and help GNI Admin and Support Team put forth a monumentous effort in our charitable giving this Holiday Season.

We spent much time researching, validating and selecting these two charities. We looked towards our membership to anticipate what we thought you, our most trusted members, would seek out when selecting a charitable cause.

Recognizing the rich and diverse demographics which comprise our customer base, we had to be sure the organization(s) we chose to support served a similar demographic compilation, devoid of discrimination without loosing that high efficiency ratio ensuring the greatest value per dollar given.

To stifle any suggestion that the funds will be used for anything other than the charities identified, we have appointed an ombudsperson to oversee the handling and disbursement of those funds received. Most of you know Emily. She is a trusted voice of reason and common sense at the ASA Forum. Time permitting, she will be reporting on the progress at both the GNI Private Forum as well as the ASA Monitor/Forum as often as she feels is reasonable.

To promote the competitive spirit and add an element of fun, GNI will be offering, to the four highest contributors, four deposits to the Weekly Fixed Plan in the amounts of $500, $250, $100 and $50, respectively.

Making a donation is very, very simple. On your Home Page, the very last link on the left hand side you will find a green button entitled, "Make a Donation" - click on this link and follow the menu driven instructions. There is no minimum amount, nor is there a maximum... Just feel free to give as much as you can (and a little bit more)... Donations are accepted until January 2nd.

Two organizations stood out from the rest, one of whom may be postured to change the world's approach in fighting the Pediatric AIDs epidemic, the other, to provide a safe haven for children whom have suffered unbearable hardships including the loss of both parents in Rwanda. I urge you all to Pay Some of "It" Forward and help us to really make a difference in the world.

We will be inviting the directors of both charities to come to the GNI Private Forum often and regularly to answer your questions and explain their program beyond what you read in their "blurb."

Please do not direct ANY questions you have concerning the charities to GNI Support. They are not qualified to answer these questions.

Finally, there were numerous worthy causes, organizations and individuals who we couldn't help. It was very difficult turning away these causes. We were, in no way, rejecting your interests; it was merely a decision process that we followed and must adhere to. We wish you the best of luck.

On behalf of all of the donor recipients, their directors and all of us at GNI, THANK YOU for your generosity. It never goes unnoticed.

The GNI, US2Uganda4Life and Kids4LifeFoundation Representative
