However today is the 5th day of its construction. If it is a real re-construction the payment system should have sent a message to its users. Though no messages, no notifications. People more and more become anxious coming to conclusion that they fell victims of scammer. At the moment all the attempts to reach v-money payment gateway meet with failure.
V-money have neither blogs like e-gold, or LibertyReserve has nor forums (AlertPay) to address the users.

The Admins have underestimated the problem.But the damage was big .
When they are noticed, it was too late to remedy the damage.

Perfect Money prepaid card
Perfect Money payment processor has announced the introduction of new withdrawal solution. According to the company’s press release now the users will be enabled to withdraw their funds using prepaid cards of various payment systems. Previously the company offered such withdrawal options as bank wire transfer, withdrawals through e-currency exchangers, direct transfers to the customer’s account in another payment gateway.
